A4. Shopping cart is a virtual online cart like a shopping
basket/cart you use in your neighbourhood supermarkets. You
add items that you wish to purchase into it and proceed to
pay for your order. You can add as many items you want from

A5. The Wish List is a feature by which you can shortlist items
across the site and store them for future access and convenient

the details and can check out for your delivery details and

confirmed?
A7. As soon as your payment is authorised by your bank, you will receive an email confirming your order along with your order number for future reference or tracking your order.

A8. You can make the payment by Credit Card. We accept VISA,
Master Card, and American Express through secure payment gateway
of Paypal.
Q9. Are there any hidden costs such
as delivery charges, taxes etc.?
A9. Sales tax and Shipping charges are inclusive in the sales
price. If any additional shipping charges are applicable,
it will reflect in your shopping cart while you check out
before you make the payment. Octroi Charges and any other
such entry tax would be collected from the consignee where
applicable.
Q10. How is the item delivered?
A10. All items will be sent through a reputed courier company
and will be booked either from Gurgaon or New Delhi(India)
to the respective towns.
Q11.Are the items delivered as per
the display on the Web Pages?
A11. There may be slight variation in the colour shades, designs
and shapes due to the intrinsic manner of the product and
manufacturing process. However, in all cases, we shall strive
to match or exceed the specifications given.
Q12. How much time do you take to
deliver after the payment has been made?
A12. The item will be shipped maximum within 2-3 working days
after securing the payment on address mentioned by you in
the order form.
Q13. What if you don't deliver or
deliver late ?
A13. We always try to deliver within specified period but do
not guarantee the same. Although there are very less chances
of delayed delivery but sometimes due to circumstances beyond
control, orders are delivered late. The most common reason
we have experienced is when the recipient of the gift is not
at home, or due to an incorrect address or the address has
changed. We cooperate with you to rectify this situation if
it does occur. But in such situations TheBagSeller.com in
will not be liable for any claim, damages . Please note that
our maximum liability is limited to the refund of the purchase
price in case of non-delivery only, if the error is due to
TheBagSeller.com.
Q14. How do I know that the gift has
been delivered on-time ?
A14. We generally update the status of the order within 48
HRS of delivery and also you can check the status of your
order in the order tracking section at our site. Also, after
the delivery we'll send you a confirmation by E-mail.
Q15. Do you deliver outside India?
A15. No presently we deliver only in India. The list of cities
is provided in our site.
Q16. Can I send some message along
with the gift ?
A16. Yes, you may send a message along with your gifts. Just
type in your message in the message box in the order form.
Your message will be printed/hand written in a standard greeting
card (free of course) and sent along with the gift.
Q17. Can I have the gift delivered
on a particular date?
A17. Yes. You simply need to select the desired delivery date
while placing an order online. The gift will be delivered
on the specified date, provided it gives us a minimum of six
working days after securing your payment.
Q18. How do I Cancel my order?
A18. Please note that cancellations have to be made within a
maximum 24 hours of placing an order. For cancelling your
order, you will have to get in touch with our customer care
by sending an email giving your order number.
In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and
till that time the order has already been processed by us,
the order cannot be cancelled. TheBagSeller.com in has complete
right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.
The customer agrees not to dispute the decision
made by TheBagSeller.com and accept TheBagSeller.com decision
regarding the cancellation.
A cancellation fee of 10% will be charged
to cover the credit card transaction cost, and balance 90%
will be returned.
Q19. Can I return an item?
A19. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered
to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote
possibility that :
a) The item may be damaged during transit
b) There might be a manufacturing defect
c) That a wrong item is delivered to you.
In only such cases as given above, we will
replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request
for replacement / return of item is made within 3 days of
receipt of the item. No returns/replacement or refunds will
be allowed except for the reasons given above.
To get a replacement or return an item, email
us your Order Number and the reason for returning. Only after
receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested
to send the item back to us.
We will then arrange for the replacement of
the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible
for any items sent to us for return / replacement without
our confirmation. |
